Report kept secret into impact of police evidence-handling rules

Six months after a B.C. Supreme Court judge ruled that investigators with the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT) had disregarded Canadian law on the handling of key pieces of evidence in a murder case, a review of the impact of that decision is being kept secret. Rumina Daya reports.
