The Canadian Armed Forces and the Red Cross are on their way to help Alberta hospitals inundated with COVID-19 patients. One of those patients is Jilleen Oar, who contracted the coronavirus just before she was set to get her first dose of the vaccine. As Heather Yourex-West explains, Oar is now in intensive care.
