Artist to carve permanent monument for Kamloops residential school children

As the pain remains fresh for the more than 200 unmarked graves found at the former residential school in Kamloops, B.C., there are now plans to carve a permanent monument in memory of the lost Indigenous children there. Julia Foy spoke to the artist tasked with the touching tribute, and the vision inspiring him.
