It’s been almost three years since Canadians Michael Kovrig and Michael Spavor have touched Canadian soil, but that all changed early Saturday morning. The “Two Michaels” arrived in Calgary after being detained in China on espionage charges. As Matthew Conrod reports, international relations experts say while trust has been lost between Canada and China, the two countries will need to find a way to repair the damage.
