New Zealand’s Auckland moves to lockdown level 3 for two weeks

New Zealand’s largest city Auckland moved to level three lockdown restrictions on Sept. 22, where it will remain for two weeks. This marks a loosening of restrictions. Cafes and restaurants have reopened for takeout services, and construction workers have returned to building site.
