On the heels of Calgary city council passing a new bylaw which will mean that proof of vaccination against COVID-19 will be required to access certain businesses, recreational activity centres reacted positively to the news. They say they are relieved that enforcement of the province’s restriction exemption program is no longer their responsibility. Matthew Conrod reports.
