NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh addressed the media on Tuesday after Canadians elected the Liberals to another minority government, blaming Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for the low voter turnout in the election. Early figures suggest voter turnout nationally was less than 59 per cent, although nearly a million mail-in ballots are still being counted.
