B.C. reports 11 deaths, 768 new cases as hospitalizations near 300

In a written statement, B.C. health officials reported 768 new cases of COVID-19 on Friday, Sept. 17. Legislative bureau chief Keith Baldrey has an analysis of the numbers and where the highest rates are located in the province.
