While campaigning for Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole in Orford, Que., on Wednesday, Former prime minister Brian Mulroney, whose approval rating dipped to 12 per cent in 1992, joked that some of the decisions O’Toole will make as prime minister “might make him unpopular,” adding, “which I never was.”
