New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs announced Wednesday that starting Sept. 22, proof of COVID-19 vaccination and government-issued ID will be required by those 12 and older to access events and businesses like indoor festivals and sporting events, indoor and outdoor dining and drinking at restaurants and bars, movie theatres, gyms, and indoor recreation facilities.
