Hinshaw says Alberta’s ‘Open For Summer’ plan was premature, led to spike in COVID-19 cases

Alberta’s top doctor expressed regret this week for how the COVID-19 situation played out in the province over the past few months, saying the easing of restrictions under the ‘Open for Summer’ plan led to the spike in cases now. Fletcher Kent has more on what else Dr. Deena Hinshaw said.
