An Ipsos poll released on Tuesday has found the Liberals and Conservatives in a dead heat, each with 32 per cent support, as the federal election campaign enters its final days before the election on Sept. 20. The NDP has 21 per cent of the vote and the Green Party is at four per cent, an increase of two points, according to the poll.
