California voters are set to decide Tuesday on whether Gov. Gavin Newsom will keep his job and who would replace him as governor. If a majority vote that he should not be recalled, the second question of who will replace him will not matter, but if he is recalled California could see a new governor. Reggie Cecchini reports.
