Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole said on Friday that he would re-raise Canadian flags on Sept. 30 that have been at half-mast at federal facilities since the discovery of unmarked graves at the sites of former residential schools across the country. O’Toole said re-raising flags on the Sept. 30th National Day of Reconciliation would be a sign of the commitment towards reconciliation.
