Nova Scotian honours soldier who died by suicide with cross country bike ride

We talk with Catherine De Vaal, a Nova Scotian impacted by suicide, who recently biked from Greenwood, NS to Guelph, ON to raise awareness about suicide prevention. Friday, September 10 is World Suicide Prevention Day, a chance to promote understanding about suicide: those impacted by a suicide attempt or loss, family or friends, organizations, professionals, politicians, volunteers, and community members.
