Canada election: O’Toole says party would keep ‘status quo’ on firearms restrictions as review conducted on classification system

Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole continued his defence of comments on Monday regarding firearms restrictions, saying if the party were elected, it would keep the “status quo” on restrictions currently in place as a “completely independent” process to fix the classification system.
