Conservative Party Leader Erin O’Toole on Wednesday repeated his earlier assertion that he is pro-choice, and said he will stand up for the rights of women to make choices about their body and “defend the right of access in all parts of the country.” However, he declined to say whether he would support changing the Canada Health Act to enshrine abortion as medically necessary.
