Ida was downgraded to a tropical storm on Monday, but not before the powerful Category 4 storm roared ashore on the southeastern cost of Louisiana over the weekend. Officials are now surveying the damage from the powerful storm, but Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards says fortunately, the levee system that failed during Hurricane Katrina held up. Ross Hull reports on the rescue efforts.
