Victoria neighbours alarmed over convicted sex offender’s release

Residents of a Greater Victoria neighbourhood are alarmed that a convicted sex offender was released on bail one day after police say he tried to break into a woman’s home, and as Kristen Robinson reports, neighbours are learning the suspect is a longtime resident of their community.
