Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau announced on Sunday his plans to tackle climate change, which he said includes a plan to regulate total emissions from oil and gas producers, and a $2 billion investment for workers in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Newfoundland “so local economies can continue to prosper.”
