Immigration Minister Marco Mendicino detailed on Friday the steps being taken to help Afghan and Canadian nationals after Canada ended its evacuation efforts in Afghanistan. He said the country is working “tirelessly” with allies and partners, and secured 500 seats on a U.S. plane, which he said has safety left Kabul.
