U.S. President Joe Biden reacted on Thursday just hours after explosions killed multiple people at the Kabul, Afghanistan airport including several members of the U.S. military, saying he was “outraged ” and “heartbroken” over the attack. He says the U.S. believes it was perpetrated by members of the Islamic State group.
