At a campaign stop in Brantford, Ont. on Wednesday, Erin O’Toole said a Conservative government would work with the provinces to invest in mental health, part of a broader promise to make 60 billion dollars available for health and mental health over the next ten years. He added that his party’s Canada Mental Health Action Plan would include a tax credit to employers for 25 per cent of the cost of mental-health coverage.
