B.C. top doctor says only exemption for vaccine certificate is kids under 12, talks out of province visitors

B.C. provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry said Monday that the new COVID-19 vaccine certificate, while it is only going to be a temporary measure, it will not provide any exemptions except for those under 12 as they cannot get vaccinated at this time. She also spoke about visitors from out of province, saying they would require people to show proof of vaccination from COVID-19 from their province, and those outside of the country would need the proper procedures necessary when travelling into Canada.
