What’s fueling the spike in gas prices across Canada?

If you haven’t already noticed, gas prices have been rising across Canada for the last few weeks. Currently the average price in Canada is around $1.39 per litre, according to Gasbuddy.com. Energy analyst Dan McTeague says COVID-19, especially the Delta variant, has a lot to do with it. Global’s Sharmeen Somani tells us more about what the connection is between the two.
