Feds make big child-care promise to New Brunswick

The federal government is making a big money promise to New Brunswick. It says it will spend more than $57 million over the next four years on child-care in the province. However, this is an extension of an existing deal, not the national $10-a-day child-care plan Ottawa has touted. Callum Smith explains.
