We may soon see the price of our ‘cup of joe’ go up thanks to mother nature. Brazil, the top producer of coffee, recently saw one of its most devastating frosts in decades, damaging many coffee plants. The frost in Brazil is the worst cold snap recorded since 1994, leading coffee bean prices to their highest point in almost seven years. Global News’ Sharmeen Somani reports.
