The heat wave has arrived on the Lower Mainland with scorching temperatures and high humidity it is expected to peak today. But it will move east into the interior over and warnings are in place for much of the south and central coast. Public health experts urge everyone to check in on seniors and anyone who may be at risk. Jennifer Palma reports.
