Steady stream of cars cross into B.C. as fully-vaccinated Americans welcomed back through land borders

It was the day many had looked forward to- fully vaccinated Americans are finally allowed into Canada for non-essential travel. After nearly 18 months of being prevented from crossing the border. Businesses here that rely on U.S. visitors should get a much-needed boost. But one Washington state community is still wondering how some rules apply to their residents. Jennifer Palma reports.
