Coutts border sees slow 1st day of Americans being allowed into Canada for non-essential purposes

On Monday, fully-vaccinated, non-essential travellers from the United States were officially allowed into Canada following months of COVID-19 restrictions prohibiting them from doing so. Eloise Therien was in the border community of Coutts, Alta., to find out what this means for both tourists and locals.
