The Olympic flag arrived in France on Monday after the close of the Games in Tokyo, Japan, over the weekend. The city of Paris, which will host the 2024 Olympic Games, has promised to make the sporting spectacle open to the masses after the coronavirus pandemic forced Tokyo to close the Games to spectators.
