Family members and friends of Jose Perez gathered outside McKenzie Meadows Golf Club on Saturday, almost one year to the day that he was killed by an impaired driving while riding his bike. As Matthew Conrod reports, the family is hopeful changes can be made to prevent any more tragedies in the future.
