Handling of VPD shoving incident investigation faces questions

Questions are growing over the handling of an investigation into a Vancouver police officer who was seen shoving a man to the ground. The incident was caught on camera, and the man who recorded it says officers tried to take his phone away. But after that, he says the police never asked him for that piece of evidence.
