Police have charged Jack Clarence Flett, 52, with first-degree murder in the homicide of Bobbie Lynn Moose, Manitoba RCMP said Tuesday. Moose, a 29-year-old mother of two was found dead in the northern Manitoba community of Thompson on Oct. 17, 2019.
