White House press secretary Jen Psaki defended previous pushes by the Biden administration to either get vaccinated for COVID-19 or wear a mask and said they would continue to stress for Americans to get a dose. The comments come as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will announce guidance recommending people to wear masks indoors at least in some circumstances, even if they are fully vaccinated, due to the spread of the Delta variant.
