After a tumultuous start to the year, the City of Peterborough announced that it had required a deficit of $3.7 million during the first half of 2021-much of which can be pinned on lost revenue and added expenses due to the ongoing pandemic. Finance Committee chair Dean Pappas spoke with Global News Morning Peterborough anchor Noor Ibrahim about some of the issues the city is facing.
