The spectacle of the opening ceremony for the Olympic Games will be a little subdued in Tokyo, with COVID-19 protocols limiting the number of athletes taking part. Canada will send up to 40 of its 370 team members for the official opening. As Moses Woldu reports, they hope to have a much different type of celebration on the podium.
