Alberta justice minister calls for Criminal Code to allow pepper spray for self-defence

Alberta Justice Minister and Solicitor General Kaycee Madu wants the federal Criminal Code to be changed to allow people to carry pepper spray for self-defence. The request is in response to recent hate-motivated crimes, but as Nicole Stillger reports, some aren’t convinced this is the answer.
