Montreal businesses relieved over news of loosened border restrictions

It’s news people on both sides of the border have wanted to hear for a long time. As of Aug. 9, fully vaccinated travellers from the United States will be able to come to Canada, with international travellers to be allowed in as of Sept. 7.
