COVID-19: Canada announces plan to reopen the border to non-residents

After more than 18 months of isolation, Canada is getting set to reopen the border to non-residents. The prime minister outlined his plan Monday morning to allow family, friends and fully vaccinated tourists to come to Canada. Keith Baldrey has more on the announcement.
