Some residents of Parc-Extension are frustrated by a fence that is blocking access to shops and grocery stores. The fence along the train tracks was put up by CP rail, despite the city having the right to create a permanent pathway. The city says it is working to get it taken down while the opposition claims the city is only taking action now because an election is looming. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports.
