Summer could bring balance to hot Edmonton housing market

Anyone house shopping in Edmonton knows the market is hot. According to a new report from Royal LePage, the aggregate price of a home in Edmonton increased 11.3 per cent year-over-year to $430,000 in the second quarter of 2021. Although the market remains hot, as Kim Smith report, the summer could bring some balance.
