Fully-vaccinated Manitobans will be allowed to return to movie theatres, casinos and museums under the province’s latest COVID-19 public health orders. The new public health orders, which come into effect on Saturday morning, also increase gathering sizes for indoor and outdoor gatherings and capacity limits for businesses, including retail and restaurants.
