On Monday Peterborough city councillors, sitting as Committee of the Whole, opted to adopt some, but not all, of the recommendations coming out of a massive study of the city’s transit system.
But some councillors, including the Transit Committee Chair and the city’s mayor, say council has missed a crucial opportunity to bring real change to the city’s transit system.
