British Columbians are being urged to be water responsible as most of the province is now in a drought–that includes the Okanagan. The valley is now under Drought Level 3–with level 5 being the most severe. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the very dry conditions are now taking a toll on trees and vegetation.
