Ontario Deputy Premier and Health Minister Christine Elliot said on Thursday that more than half of adults in the province have received both their COVID-19 vaccine doses and are considered fully-vaccinated against COIVD-19. She stressed the safety and efficacy of the vaccines and encouraged those who haven’t gotten a shot yet to do so.
