Speaking to reporters Wednesday morning in Montreal, Minister of Transportation Omar Alghabra discussed the newly-announced high-frequency rail project intended to link the Toronto-Quebec City corridor, saying it will mean faster travel times for commuters in Montreal looking to travel to some destinations.
