Storm Elsa: Florida governor warns of fatal incidents even after storm moves past

Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis cautioned state residents regarding possibly fatal incidents during the cleanup after Storm Elsa, as the powerful weather system was expected to make landfall that same day. He asked people not to approach or touch downed power lines or drive in standing water once the storm has moved past their region.
