Video shows the moment a landslide rushed through the Japanese town of Atami, about 100 kilometres southwest of Tokyo. At least 19 people are missing, officials said. Torrential rains drenched parts of Japan earlier in the week, which experts said had increased the landslide risk in a country filled with valleys and mountains.
