Okanagan restaurants scramble to find workers amid labour shortage

While the hard-hit restaurant industry is celebrating phase 3 of BC’s re-start plan, which includes dining restrictions being lifted…it’s now facing yet another major struggle–a labour shortage, a significant one. Restaurants are having a very difficult time finding workers and that could mean some changes next time you go to your favourite eatery. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
